Hi, and welcome to my website!

I'm a Climate Scientist with an interest in how global, regional, and local climates respond to changes in forcings over different timescales, along with the potential impacts of these changes on the environment and society. My current focus as Senior Climate Change expert at Fathom is understanding how the climate system may change in the future, what impacts these changes may have on flood risk, and how this will affect populations around the world.

Prior to joining Fathom I worked as a Research Associate in Climate Science, based in the School of Geographical Sciences at the University of Bristol. I was involved in a variety of research, ranging from modelling changes in climatic extremes over the next century, to modelling changes in past and future climate on timescales of hundreds of thousands of years or longer, to looking at tropical cyclone representation in climate models. I used a variety of different complexity climate models in my research, from General Circulation Models (GCMs) to statistical and conceptual models.
