Experiment: tdezc

This is an updated version of tdeza. It uses new ocean diffusion parameters to improve comparison to HadCM3. It applies the tdvqh parameters explicitly (rather than using a new namelist)

This is the benchmark run for the new model. This particular version does not include water tracers and salinity conservation
